    Sent me an email saying that I was invoiced a certain amount $569.12. I calledanddd he wanted me to go to Google and do something I refused. This has to be a scam! I never had Geek-Tech. dont even know what they do.

    I have received a email from Andree Jacques supposedly from GeekTech with a invoice number stating I owe them $520 and they want me to pay it online by hitting the green link button. I refused to so I wrote to them telling them I was reporting this GeekTech to BBB and that they are a scam. And then this morning I received another email from Andree Jacques stating I apologise for this automated response. I am not calling it or paying it. I looked on here first to see if it was a scam or not and then I wrote to the email saying they are a scam. So please do not respond to this person.

    This is the worse company ever!!! I purchased a package for 2 years. The first time they cleaned my computer was great BUT then it went downhill for there. Everytime I called to get my computer cleaned it took over 2 hours. Then they tried to tell me that I had a trojan virus, which they wanted to charge me more money. They take control of your computer and you have no ideal what they are getting into or doing. My system still runs slow after supposedly cleaned it. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE!!!
