    0 stars. Extremely poor customer service. Made no effort to resolve our problems. Many many dropped calls. We are a church with about 75 members and one church cancelation because of inclement weather, only 75 percent of our members were reached. Their reports said all were reached. They refused to do anything and said we needed to investigate on our end which we did previously. I warned them that we would go with another company to which they said that was fine. Please be advised. This company is not an asset to your organization.

    I’m only giving one star so that I can speak my mind on them , to me they don’t deserve any stars at all!! Was supposed to be getting called to go to work day by day , well I was getting the call and I go where I’m supposed to go & work but when I get ther the supervisor said that my name is not on list and so I was sent home !!!! No work no pay & yes I was on time and ready for work!!! So I get call again so I drive to meeting place to start work and yeah you guessed it I was not on list and I was sent home again ?? no work, no money!!! Why would you have a company that says they can deliver messages to so many people , but can’t get a name put on a piece of paper???? Bull crap , I would never use this. Company even if it was the last one in the whole wide world!!! It’s the saying the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, I can’t believe how they even stay in business !!!! I really can’t believe that they have been in business for 20 years ???

    One call now failed to provide services to our school that they promised and when we tried to involve customer service they were less than helpful
