      Terrible customer service!
      Bought 4 new Firestone tires there 18 months ago, had less than 3000 miles on them and a valve stem failed, they did not cover under warranty and charged 50 bucks for a replacement and refill the tire. Never again will they get a penny of my business!

      Mr B**** came into our store with a Tire losing air on his Cadillac Escalade. He purchased the tires on 7/14/21 at 144,402 miles. Currently the vehicle has 161,434 which is 17,032 miles on the tires, not 3,000 like Mr B**** stated. The tire was leaking around the rim due to corrosion and around the valve stem. We buffed and sealed the rim and replaced the valve stem. Mr B**** declined the tire owner protection plan when he purchased the tires, so therefore we charged 39.99 to repair the leaking tire. Please eliminate this customer complaint as Grismer Tire did ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong.

      Centerville Ohio location....Went in for a routine oil change. They did upsell on the Best package stating that is what I got the last time. Did not ask, just did the Best. Whatever, no biggie. Just an oil change. 5 days later, leaking oil all over the place under my van. Had it towed back to them to look at it. Cracked oil housing unit which was 'not their fault' - never had an issue with leaky oil or anything prior to the change. Had them change that out, and while they were at it, had 2 new tires and a tie rod fixed. Get it home, engine light is on. Throwing code P0303 for misfire. Never had an engine issue since I've owned it. Didn't have an issue prior to going into the shop. Called to see if they'd do a diagnostics on it to see if there was a loose wire or something. I had put $1900 into the car, and I thought they could do a courtesy check. No, they would look at it, but if deemed not their "fault", another $149.99 charge. Of course it will be deemed not their fault - I just feel like the customer service is shady, and they upsell and take advantage of the unknowledgeable customer. They got good commission off of me, and I am nervous if I take it back they'd find another $1500 worth of work to do it it, or make another issue for me to resolve, because I am a women and just want a reliable running car. They make money off people like me who they can cause more harm than good and charge them for it...

      We've been taking our vehicles to Grismer for decades now, and our Trotwood Grismer on East Main Street does a very good job. Sometimes they get a little over the top on pushing new tire sales, but that's to be expected. I spent ten years in the U.S. Army as an Air Cavalry helicopter maintenance NCOIC, and I can tell when it's time to change out the tires. We've never had a problem with their service and most of the employees are respectful and nice.

      I am so heated at this poimt inhave lied to and scammed i am reaching out to a laywer i have documents that yall frauded me i have been dealing with the same thing for a MONTH and almost 4 weeks now!!!! 3 different shops 1770 later and still not fixed i have multiple different things i am being told and scott wow he is so rude accusing a paying customer of wanting free stuff i got a loan of 1500 and they said no we got this for i was greatful come to find out still not fixed!!!! And told im no longer welcome well i have warranty parts need foxed that i paid and paod for brakes on 10-12 to be told on 10-31 they are bad i have documents for all of this and it is straight up fraud!!! Something need done if not i will have a laywer

      We are certainly sorry for your experience. As you know, we are willing to warranty out any parts & labor that you paid for up to this point that needs to be replaced. Additionally, you also know that we replaced parts that were not under warranty, totaling $850, at no charge to you in an attempt to help fix the noise you are experiencing. We understand that you feel that the noise you are hearing still persists and that we offered multiple times to have you drive with our technician to get to the bottom of the problem. That offer still stands. Please call us when it is convenient for you to do so.

      I did a drive with a tech and i have proof of that everything i got done seems to be bad and then i get accused of things when i just want my car fixed and fixed right not o we did this come get it still not fixed and yall could have done the parts you said was bad under warranty while you had my car you keep wasting my time and fixing things that arent the noise i can hear it plain as day but yall cant should be more understanding then what you have been i have a case according to the lawyer but im trying to let yall make it right first the whole left side of my car shakes never did this and sounds like my timing is off on my car never sounded like this till yall touch the motor

      So i got a second opinion and it was bolts that yall left lose on my control arms yall owe a big apology ever since then no grind no pop nothing yall put me and my kids in danger I appreciate that

      I took my vehicle to the Vandalia branch today for a turn signal issue. I also inquired about a coolant flush as well. Evidently I have a bad seal (quoted 1300.00 to make repairs) before they could do it. I declined due to the age of the vehicle, and said I would think about it. About the turn signal, they're tech stated that both left turn lights were working. When I got home, the front one was still not working. I wasn't charged for anything which was good.
      But now at home, I now have a coolant leak in my drive way under the vehicle. And with the turn signal, I'm going to get repaired elsewhere.
      In all my years with this location, I've never had a bad experience until the last two. I noticed that there is some new faces at this location, so I'm unsure if that's the issue or not.
      But the fantastic service that we're accustom too seems to have left this location. Sad because they were always my go too shop.

      They are not customer friendly unable to keep times and will over price parts and labor
      On two separate occasions was done wrong 1st time 4 tires at over 845 on a Mitsubishi g4 messed with breaks that I had done at Midas under warranty just to not put it back on right
      Benefit of the doubt went a 2nd time 4 more tires and alignment plus oil change only to have another bad experience that left me stranded and another lie about time and service
      In short do not go here

      well we will start with my grandmother had went to get 4 new tires and somehow the mechanic missed torqueing a side down of the lug nuts and the wheel happened to come loose leaving one lug nut left on the the tire almost falling off then the manager proceeds to try and tell me the accidents happen which I get that but the accident should never happen and shouldn't be except as an accident should be I set a person life at danger and the mechanic should get something other then a slap on the wrist like they gave him because that is not acceptable.
