  On July 30 I retrieved Terry Myles Tree service as they were trimming the neighbor's tree. He stated I needed to pay a downpayment of $300. I explained to him I needed two trees trimmed. His receipt through squareup read Roof It Right. Roof It Right is based out of Louisville KY. When I asked him who this was he said it was his company. He started work on that day and the next day on the first tree. The limbs and debris were left, as he stated he would be back the next day. He returned on 8/4 to finish the neighbor's yard, and came and started the second tree. He stated he had to leave due to an emergency situation. He did not return until 8/12. I expressed concern through text messages and just got excuses. I do not believe he would have returned had I not made a police report, and they followed up with him. He promised the Police officer he would come on 8/8, did not return. He promised the Police officer he would return on 8/9. 8/8 could not get a uhaul to transport the debris. Said he was coming 8/9; did not return. Said he could not come Saturday/Sunday due to the Dump being closed. On Monday he came, with an old truck, saying he needed a rake to clean up debris. He did pick up the wood, but not the remaining debris. The whole experience was so frustrating!! With no return of my money for the second tree as it was not finished. But at that point I just wanted them gone.

  Do not hire this company. They came late, and did not have the proper equipment for the job. They broke not one, but 2 of my fences and promised to come back and fix them and didn't. I had to put a deposit down to have them come back to finish the job, and they never showed. I have a huge stump, logs, and debri everywhere, and I'm out of money. Don't waste your time and money on this company. Stay clear!

  Not professional. Not punctual. Did not survey the work site before starting work and did not the proper equipment to remove an oak tree form our backyard. Tore up my neighbors lawn trying to remove said oak tree trunk section. Adjusted the total agreed to invoice price after starting work, charging us an additional $350.00 because of the credit card service fees they were charged. Learn from my mistake. Stay clear of this company!
