    I think the same as everyone else.This guy sucks. Lowes sucks too.

    Lowes set up and appointment for my Whirlpool deep freezer since it's still under warranty and the guy came out. Asked a few questions. Did nothing. Literally nothing. Asked me for a bottle of water, that I thought maybe he was thirsty because it is super hot out today, but no, instead he put the bottle in my broken freezer and said call me in a few hours and we'll see if this is frozen. I tried called several times and I am sent to voicemail and the mailbox is full and I can't leave a message. I would not recommend this service company to my worst enemy.

    Frigidaire set up an appointment he reached out and got info and was told he ordered parts. Which is weird cause he never looked at my fridge so how does he know what he needs???? I have been without a refrigerator for 5 weeks now. I have a 3 month old who is breast fed and do not have anywhere to store milk for her. I have reached out 5 times and no response.

    i gave this man a down payment for a glass for my oven door that he was suppose to fix i havent seen this guy since he wont answer my phone calls ive called him several times left my phone number he wont call me or except any phone call from me all i want is my oven door fixed or my money back

    I would recommend not using this company. Lowe's provided me a number to contact this repair company at to change my appointment time, and the number is out of service. I did a quick Google search, and one other number associated just went to voicemail. Looks like several Yelp reviews of the company no-call, no-showing.

    Came out about my refrigerator and never contacted warranty company and won't return phone calls from me or warranty company don't use them

    The company came out on January 6th 2023, my washer was not leaking when he came out! And this guy will not return my phone calls! I need my washer fixed, he got my money! Do not use this company! And was referred by LG customer service!
