    I bought a new 20 gauge pump shotgun from Walmart that was a Charles Daly that they make it shot to the left I sent it back twice they never repaired it even though they said they did they were very rude and obnoxious and talk to you like you're an idiot I highly suggest no one ever buy anything from them because they will never stand behind their product and fix what they obviously know is wrong even though they said they fixed it they did not even get close very disappointed

    I just purchased the Chiapa M1, 9 mm carbine. I literally have owned hundreds of rifles and this has to be one of the most fun rifles easy to shoot and maintain rifle I've ever owned. I fired 50 rounds through it at the range with inexpensive ammo and did not have one misfire or jam, it's very lightweight. Looks very cool and it's probably gonna be my go to rifle at the range. It's economical to shoot compared to other larger centerfire rounds and it literally was a blast. At 40 yards at a human size upper torso , all of the rounds were in the torso without any adjustment to the sites at that point. Once I site it in i'm sure it'll be a much tighter grouping. I give the rifle honestly five stars I couldn't care less about the bolt not locking back to clean it. It's easy enough to hold it back or wedge something in the slide. That's the only little drawback, and I don't consider that much of anything to worry about . For those who cry about that issue, let them go out and buy a real M1 for three times the money and two times the ammo cost.

    Unfortunately, the brand-new Charles Daly (a subsidiary of Chiappa Firearms) firearm I purchased from a reputable retail shop was defective. It hopelessly jammed the first time I tried to load it.
    No, that's not why I want to give Chiappa Firearms a five-star review.
    In spite of my frustration and displeasure at the prospect of putting faith in an unreliable weapon, both Liz in Customer Service and Chiappa's Service Manager, Nick, both went out of their way to rectify the issue.
    No, the problem has not yet been resolved.
    I'm writing this review because both Liz and Nick have earned my respect and trust in how they've dealt with me. I can only hope I'll have the same level of confidence in the weapon I purchased for life-threatening emergencies after this ordeal is forgotten.
    Liz and Nick have dealt with an unpleasant situation with professional kindness, openness and honesty -- in addition to going out of their way to help me.
    Therefore, I would recommend dealing with Chiappa Firearms, even though I purchased a firearm that was defective. I believe they will make it right, because of Liz and Nick.

    I purchased a Charles Daly 1911 and I’m having a problem with it nosediving every time I try and chamber a round,I thought it was the mag so I purchased another mag and doesn’t even slide into the firearm,I called 2 months ago and was told that they would send me another mag out but I didn’t receive it…I tried calling the company,when I press 1 when prompt to do so the line just hangs up!!’not happy and I wish I’d never purchased this firearm very very very unhappy
