  Follow up on my last post for Americas Best Choice Window Sliding Door issues.
  After my post I received a call from ABCW 20 min later. In any case, they sent out a service tech to review my issues the next day. They agreed the left screen door, track and both sliding doors should be replaced. I was told they would be ordered and should be in around 2 to 3 wks. So once again 3 wks later I had to call ABCW to see if the doors had arrived and ask for a install date. The install date was set for 9/24. The installers arrived on time but I wasn't available for the installation. When I arrived hm the installers were gone, but the doors looked like they had just been pulled off the assembly line. The windows were dirty and the frames had dark dust all over them. My initial reaction was total surprised ABCW would leave their product looking this way. Very Disappointing. Then I began opening the sliders and screen doors. It was horrible Again not smooth at all. The sliders felt like sand was stuck in them. The frame was left with scratches on the rt side and long the bottom. So again I called and ask ABCW to come see the doors for themselves. Service tech came out 9/25 and saw what I was talking about. He spent 45min trying to resolve the issue. He finally agreed to take pictures to show to the Mfg'er "Impervia" the junk that was installed. Again I had to call for a follow up on what was agreed to two days later. It was agreed to replace the screen doors and sliders once again. Plus ABCW asked the Impervia rep to come out to see the issues first hand. They refused. I also asked if the frame was going to be replaced do to all the scratches on the rt side and along the bottom, I was told no even though I sent them video's of all the scratches. Bottom line I got a lemon!! They will not honor. I wonder if the owner of ABCW Kyle or Tucker Ops. would have this door installed in their house. I think not!!! Don't make the mistake I did.

  I would not recommend America’s Best Choice Window to anybody due to very poor customer support. It was like pulling teeth to find out when the door would delivered and installed. Then once it was the right side screen door roller was broken. The left side screen door was scratched to the metal. I called three weeks ago to report the issues. Nothing!!!! Very frustrating.

  Discovered this business at the Cincinnati Home and Garden show spring of 2023 where I visited multiple window and door providers. Their displayed products and professional (no gimmicks) presentation grabbed my attention quickly. This looked like a business partner that would be straight-forward, forthright, and trustworthy for my project. I made an appointment with 2 vendors at the H&G show after spending 4 hours at the show evaluating all. The in home sales representative was knowledgeable on all details of the features, engineering, operation, guarantee, and performance I should expect with their product. She also explained the overall manufacturing operation and business culture at ABC of Dayton and the ProVia factory. I was confident that this was a good fit and elected to go with America's Best Choice The windows and doors were delivered and installed well within the time frame quoted. The installer was a perfectionist and explained important details in set up with the freshly caulked products and thus everything performed as promised all the way back to what was initially presented and demonstrated at the Garden Show. There were a few minor adjustments needed post install which were identified right at the time of installation and then completed exactly as promised with 100% satisfaction. I cannot express enough how pleased I am overall with all my windows and doors and the working relationship with the various business partners (sales, scheduler, installer) within this organization all with an obvious commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction. It was an excellent experience start to finish. I have already received compliments on the windows and doors from my neighbors and they will be looking to ABC for their needs. This is such an easy recommendation to anyone looking for windows and doors. Wish I could click on 6 stars!

  I had this company out to give me a quote on my windows. We were looking at replacing about 10 of them and Kyle helped me out so much that I ended up replacing the other 10 of my windows a short year later. I am so thankful I found this company and I would recommend them to anyone looking into replacing their windows. They will do amazing work from picking out your window design all the way to installing them professionally and quickly. Thanks again Kyle.
