I was never talked to as human. I had to ask or I would never know what's next. How do I care for 9 teeth being pulled. What to expect next. I was always wondering what was next. I had a bad traumatizing moment with the teeth being removed. Three times I had to yell because I felt the tooth braking at my jaw bone. Hurt like crazy. I wanted out of the chair but I stayed committed. I've never knew that kind of pain. They all would always talk to there team about me but very little to me, I wasn't even warned and ******************************* started sawing my teeth out. I have a huge phobia from that. I've been to 5 different dentist and none were this bad. I would be left alone for 20 to 30 minute's or longer every visit. While they would work on other people. No closed doors so everyone's personal info/problem everyone heard. So after getting molds done with my teeth in I got a healing denture. The denture is filled with little crevices every where. The thing holds food bad. 30 days after surgery its time to fill healing dentures with a soft lining. Never seen Doctor on those visit's. 3 total in 6 months. Dental assistances were always new hires. So I got one the first time I filled the healing denture that filled it so full it went in my throat and I could only breath through my nose. It has to stay in for a couple minutes to take shape. That was another moment were I was wondering if I should continue. I had multi problems every fill. Couldn't get my denture out one time. I asked not joking, if she used the wrong glue. Final denture time. They broke the mold but still made a denture. Then assistance "no Doctor" jams them in my mouth. They hurt super bad. Rescheduled me and still hurt bad. Grinded them down so much there was 2 holes one on each side. Still jamming them in my mouth. I finally left and talked to Operation manager *********************************. She explained I had not paid for my final denture yet so she's fine with my never returning. Laughed at me. I cried walking out.

They are awful! They take advantage of customers who are in pain by talking patients who are in pain and vulnerable to get the Care Credit card and then max out the patient s credit before any work is done. Then they refuse to credit the money back on the card until after interest spikes on the card(up to 6 months) How they can charge patients more than whats quoted as well as service that was never done just seems like fraud. Dont go here if you do you will over charged GUARANTEED!!!!
