    The problems started 03/21/24 when per the contractor's request, we had to move our gas line. With rain issues, this wasn't completed till 05/28/24. I've been repeatedly promised work will be done, then he dropped off the face of the earth. Wouldn't respond to text messages or phone calls. I had to resort to using other peoples phone numbers to call from because he wouldn't respond to me. We went through kitchen designs. Throughout this entire time, he kept requesting money for things so I would Venmo him or leave him a check. Again, nothing happening. Supposedly kitchen cabinets were ordered 07/02/24. He's told me they are in a storage unit, but again, we have seen nothing! Nothing has happened the entire 2025 year but excuses and promises.

    We hired **** to replace three windows in our house four months ago and have yet to see the windows.-He gave us a quote of $2500 for two large windows, a small one, and labor on September 8 -We paid $1450 on September 12th and he said it'll be 4-5 weeks for windows to come in -We sent him an email checking in October 16 -He emailed back on October 18 that windows are in but will be a couple weeks before able to install -We checked in via email November 4, and 11 about when he can schedule installation no reply -He called us November 22 saying phone issues it'll be a couple more weeks - We checked in via email December 27 and 31 about when he can schedule installation no reply -He emailed January 12 that he would call next day and here we are January 15th no call yet -We have tried to call him also throughout this process but he never answered we did leave at least two voicemails
