  They work fast! It took a few weeks for the materials to get there but I think the stuff was dropped off on a Friday and the roof was done Monday.

  I was pleased with the install and delivery system. Their business model is outdated though. Its not 2010 anymore. You cant take $20,000 from a guy in a high interest environment, not give him anything in compensation for 12 weeks (not even a phone call) and expect everything to be fine. I think they are good people. But a lot of businesses are offering discounts or paying interest on pre-pay money. Im a blue collar working man and they acted like $20,000 was nothing. Maybe thats all on me? I lost over $100 in interest before one piece of material was delivered. Of course they wanted the rest upon completion. They acted like I was the *****.

  Wagner's was quick and convenient. They cleaned up everything. Very nice. We appreciate the ir workmanship. Everything seems well done.

  Very pleased with their work. Roof being replaced in October so weather delays did occur. Also staff getting sick did slow the job, along with half of the plywood needing to be replaced. Because they were driving from **** to ******, they didnt arrive until late morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. At one point our dog escaped. My wife does not drive and I was working. The dog had a tracker and I was able to text pictures of where he was and they got him. Would have no problem using Wagner again.

  Our company has used this business for a few different projects, and we have been super satisfied with the work they have done. The last time was the outside walls, and they look amazing. The gentlemen doing the job showed up on time and ready to work. Very professional while doing the job. We can not thank you enough for the amazing work you have done. Thank you for helping our building look amazing.

  New roof installed 08-2022. Leaking 09-2023. They aren't holding to their warranty. Empty promise dates to repair the leaks and still no text - no calls- and I sit waiting. Called company numerous times and also team leader. Still waiting for complete repair of roof. Nothing but excuses as to why they can't repair the roof.
