    On two separate occasions i took my vehicle to snappy for repairs. Two years ago, the vehicle was leaking oil. I took the car there and they stated they found the issue along with a few other things. The care was sitting for a few months after received it due to travel. When i drove, it we noticed it was still leaking just not as bad. I took the vehicle there two weeks ago with the same issue. They said they once again found the issue along with some other issues. They quoted me with two different amounts one to fix the leak and the other for some other issue they stated was causing an issue that i was unaware of. 1900 dollars later and them having the vehicle for over two weeks it's still leaking. When i picked the vehicle up they assured me the leaking was fixed. I called them to inform them it was still leaking, and they stated to bring it back in. I told them i could not part with the vehicle for an extended period. They said they would have a curtesy vehicle for me. When that day came, they cancelled. I have not heard anything from them since. They are untrustworthy and don't do reliable work.

    On the 2 occasions Mr. ****** was in our facility-over a year apart-he was informed of significant impact damage to his engine previously replaced elsewhere. In the visit on 9/20/23 we found the valve cover glued and not bolted and the timing cover bent in the corner and the chain very loose. The repairs were made and the vehicle released. While we degrease the engine following repairs, it is possible to have multiple issues causing a leak. Two weeks later, Mr. ****** contacted us stating there was still a leak. He was unable to leave his car for us to check and later refused our free loaner car. Unfortunately, with parts availability regularly unreliable, we don't always know when we will have one of our 5 free loaner cars returned. We do however, offer a 24k mile/2 year warranty on all our work. Without knowing what is leaking from his already damaged engine, I can't give you a resolution. There could be a parts failure that would be covered under warranty. No refund will be issued at this time.
