      I hired Final Touch for a recent job and I was highly disappointed.
      It took over a month and half for them to complete pressure washing our home and painting just the front of it. They do not handle communication properly and after notifying them of incorrect work, they were not swift to correct it.
      Lastly, I didn't receive a final invoice until a week after the job was completed. Something that only got done after continually calling management.
      Would not recommend for the price or customer service you will receive.

      I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us, and we apologize our service did not meet your expectations. It's understandable that you were disappointed with the completion time but unfortunately, we are not able to power wash when winter temperatures do not permit it. As you can tell from our hundreds of 5-star Google reviews, we take our customers, their homes, and our profession very seriously. Quality and customer service drives our entire team, and we strive to be the best painters in the business. With that in mind and as rare as they are, we are still people and mistakes can be made.
