    I was contacted by *** to see if I would be interested in having my yard fertilized this summer. I stated no, however the rocks he laid had begun to look really bad, as well as the plants and trees. I also informed him the stairs he installed was not properly installed and had gotten very loose. He stated he would out and fix the issues, since I wanted more rocks to be laud around my home he stated that i would need to pay an additional $1200 and would need to pay a deposit of $200, I sent him the deposit via ***** on March 8th, because he stated I needed to in order to be added to the list for the fall, he stated that he would be out the beginning of June, however its June 27th, and he has not honored the contract and refuses to send my money back. I have filed a complaint/fraud alert with ***** with his information attached. I am a single AA female who has been scammed by *** for my hard working money. Everything he has done is awful, the straits the landscaping previous to this everything.
