      Dont service a vehicle here. Dont buy a vehicle here. The sales staff will help you, but once youre dealing with the service department youll regret having purchased a vehicle here. Look elsewhere to buy with a better service department!! Other reviews are right on. If you have a warranty, youll be put last in the line.The service, or rather the lack thereof, at this dealership is atrocious. If they tell you it will take 2 days, expect it to be ***** days. I feel like a fool because this is the second time I've experienced this. The first was for general maintenance, after which I swore I'd never return, until a recall forced me to take my truck back to the dealership.They've now had my vehicle for 10 days. I have to call for updates, only to be told they'll get to it "soon." They haven't even started on the recall yet, 10 days later, which is mind-blowing. It's extremely inconvenient; they've essentially taken my truck hostage and left me with a useless loaner vehicle that's completely impractical for my needs. I'm now facing the prospect of loading straw and animal feed into the back seat of their brand new vehicle if I they get my vehicle back to me in the next day or two.What will they do about it? Nothing besides peddling excuses as to why they promised a 2 day repair that will end up taking 5-10x longer than their guaranteed completion date.

      On November 6, 2023, I contacted Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware, located at
      **** ********* *** ******** **** *****. I spoke with the salesperson **** G, to make an
      appointment to test drive the 2016 Infiniti Qx50. On November 8, 2023, I decided to purchase the vehicle. The only issue with the vehicle is that the CD player did not work, and they gave me a voucher to get the cd player replaced through Auto Additions. After signing the purchase agreement, **** G, the salesperson, came to me and stated that there was a screw in the back license plate holder that would not come out and he had to send the car over to their service/maintenance shop to drill the screw out. Once they completed that, he told me everything was fine, and I left the dealership. They never told me that they had damaged my car and tried to fix it.
      On February 5, 2024, I was pulled over by the police and they told me that I did not have any back
      taillight. On February 8, 2024, I took my vehicle to Hudson Import Automotive to see why my
      taillights were not working. The mechanic explained to me what happened and why my lights were not working. When their service department personnel drilled the screw out of the license plate holder, they did a lot of damage to my vehicle. They cut the wires to my taillight, license plate light and some dashboard lights. While trying to cover up their negligence and the damage they caused. 1. They cut holes on both sides of the frame in the trunk to try and repair the wires they cut, which has now decreased the value of the car. 2. They did not disconnect the battery before trying to repair the wires. 3. They connected the wires wrong, connecting them to the ground wire causing it to burn out the fuse harness under the hood. 4. Use black electrical tape to hold the wires together. This has caused me a considerable amount of money to fix, leaving me without transportation.

      Horrible company, I would give them zero stars if I could. We purchased a car from them last night from George at 7:40pm Ohio time. I asked George if he needed a credit card to hold hot or if we needed to do anymore paper work to make sure this did not sell, I was told no. George told us we did not have to do anything else he would come in tomorrow morning and get it all finished up for us. So I could go ahead and get started figuring out getting it transported to where we live, Arizona. When he went in to day and was doing the popper work the manager Mike C**** decided to take another deal because that person would finance with them and they would get a kick back from the bank for the purchase. I had already secured transportation and all we needed from them was their wiring directions to transfer the money. We were contacted by George this morning letting us know the manager had decided to take the other deal that came in today (we had a done deal last night remember) and screw us over for a few hundred more dollars. I called to talk to Mike and he hung up on me, I called back and he refused. to take my call. I proceeded to call back and ask for the General manager who was out this morning but would be in in the afternoon, I'm still waiting for that call, its 8:30pm Ohio time while I am typing this review. I continued to call back and Mike did finally take my call and told me he didn't care that I had a deal and had done all that, the buyer was from Dayton and he was on his way. So I guess if they get a buyer from Ohio everyone else from around the country is kicked out. I would never send anyone to this dealership, they are a complete joke to deal with. Paying cash for a 2015 Hellcat Challenger to them is a bad thing.
