    They dropped me off at the hospital for surgery and refused to pick me up and take me home. The driver who was new said the insurance cancelled my appointment which was a lie. Been using them since 2018 and this is a first. ****** just didn't want to do his job. He dropped me off at 8_am and I told him someone would call him. It was only 4:30 pm. He just refused to pick me up. Care source had to pay another company to take me home.

    Told me they couldnt take me to my appointment bc they didnt have room for me and my kids. Like how can you even do that to somebody.

    Hello, we are sorry that we were unable to accommodate your trip on this day. We pride ourselves in getting our customers safely to and from their appointments and try to accommodate every trip to the best of our ability. Passengers do have to be predetermined and accounted for with insurance and are difficult to add once the trip is scheduled. We will always do our best to accommodate your trips in the future.
