    We hired ***** King from King & Sons structural services, after he and his brother reached out to me on a post inquiring about a contractor. After talking with him, he sounded very well versed and familiar with our loan type so we hired him. At first, work was started quickly but that’s changed. After he would get paid, we wouldn’t hear from him for weeks at a time. Constantly changing his timeline and making excuses on why he wouldn’t be there. Initially, he was given a percentage of material costs as a way to start the project. 50% of that was to be used for windows(equaling almost 7k), he never purchased the windows and kept the funds to himself. He lied to us and told us that he purchased them and after 10 weeks, we called the company ourselves and found out that he in-fact did not, purchase our windows. He has yet to finish any projects 100% and has left us with a home of half done rooms. He destroyed our walls while he was “measuring” the windows and claimed the walls were damp from moisture. The moisture detector scanned at 0%. Our trim work isn’t complete and neither is our flooring. My walls are ruined from his “trim removal”. We have no upstairs bathroom he has yet to show up. He has been fired and I will discourage anyone from using his “company” for as long as I can. He has thousands of dollars that do not belong to him and has done this to many people. He’s said he’s going to return our funds and release our contract but has yet do so after almost two weeks since we fired him. He still will not return our calls or texts and is dragging it out.

    ***** was contracted to complete a roof. Was thrilled with the work. Was contracted for further work to complete a previous contractors incompleted job of the fascias, siding, and gutters. He was paid completely in advance as was thrilled with the roof integrity and his hired team along with his integrity presentations. Not to mention, a neighbor! He has taken his family on a glamorous trip to florida with that $$. Has yet to start this project and has offered no resolutions and now no communication at all.

    We completed the roof. She has contracted me to fix the siding that a previous person did. We have had some set backs. We have been in contact with her. We spoke as far as time frame. Will be contacting her this week.

    I paid to have the roof on my house redone. I paid in full the amount needed to do the job. They came and tore the roof off the house and said it was more damaged than originally thought and would need more money. They gave me a new quote and I paid it. They put plastic on my roof to make sure no rain got in till they could come finish the job. Multiple times they said they would come finish and never did. I have contacted them several times and they keep giving me new dates. The plastic that they put on the roof has been leaking and water is getting into my house. The ceiling has now started to cave in due to water damage. I let them know it was leaking and they still have not come to fix it. I paid them in the beginning of July and have had plastic on the roof since then. I have asked for the money back to just have another company come do it since they never show up. They also said they would clean up the mess from taking the roof off the day after they did it. They came back a month later and cleaned it after I messaged them about it.

    The job has been finished. When I came out and looked at the previous job done on roof and found many mistakes not made by us. We didn't finish because I wanted to speak with homeowner before we continued due to cost being more. The ceiling was already caving before we did any work. I have always kept in contact with her over time.
