Update. After receiving my initial complaint, the management team came out to inspect the work and listened to all my concerns. They corrected everything I requested, and I am satisfied with the completed project. The entire process was much too arduous and disjointed.

This is a company I do not recommend. The positives - they are friendly. There is a long list of negatives. It has taken over 6 months for them to work on a $10,000 insurance claim, and they are not done yet. When they finally got subcontractors here - for drywall and flooring- I was very pleased with their workmanship and competence. I was pleased with the workmanship and competence of HRN remediation team as well as the flooring and drywall subcontractors - once they finally scheduled them to come out. (It took over 3 months and several changed start dates.) When the flooring subcontractor arrived, there was still major prep work that has not been done which he thankfully completed and was paid for. The original project manager left the company and I only found out about a month later when I had not received any response and called Quality Control. The underbelly crew has been out three times and not once have they done the job correctly. And, they damaged some of my property on their initial visit. Over the past two months I have been given several dates for completion of the interior - some changed/canceled and when someone did finally show up, they only did a small portion of what needed done. The past two weeks the project manager has come out to do things. His incompetence is alarming. In four hours he replaced a towel bar and ring, a grab bar, TP holder ( with four extra holes drilled and VERY poorly patched), and, broke the bathroom mirror when attempting to replace it!! The water lines at the bathroom sink are reversed. One register face was left leaning against the base. I found small scratches on each blade of my ceiling fan. And, of course, the underbelly crew is "working out of town and haven't gotten back to me,." DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I will not have them back in my home and will DIY what I can.
