    I placed an order for a custom embroidered beanie on October 15th, it was $50 and I paid as soon as the order was placed. On the website it said custom orders take about a month to completion so I waited the month. I first reached out via email on November 18, just asking for a status update on the product, understanding it’s the holiday season and can be busy, no response. As of today, December 12, I have reached out via email, ******** message, ******** post, *********, phone call, and text with not one response. All I’m asking for is a status update on my product. I am beyond infuriated with the complete lack of customer service. I rate this company poorly and will never order from here again.

    -Paid for business services of online logo design
    -Was responsive the first day when she asked for payment upfront before the logo was even started.
    -Did not answer for months and never started the logo. Reached out for a refund of the full amount paid and she denied it is her fault.
    Never heard from business owner when I asked for a full refund since there were no services at all given
    -Payment was given in full and in advance on July 13, 2023
    -No emails or contact from the business owner until September when I reached out again asking about the work done when she said she had not done any or had started drafts so, i asked for a full refund
    -She said she could give half and then stopped answering emails completely on October 9, 2023
    -Still no word from her since my last email
