    The worst experience Ive ever had with a company. The molds are terrible and hardly useable. The quality of the molds have decreased drastically. The customer service from the owner is completely useless because you cant even get a response back and if you do its very short and dismissive. Dont waste your money here! There are so many other very dependable machine press companies to purchase from!

    I have ordered a press with a mold more than 3 weeks ago and have not been sent a tracking number or any contact when calling their phone number. Straight voicemail every single time! Very outrageous for a company to not have any contact or atleast update their clients on their orders. Order #**** still has not been fulfilled and have no way of contacting them to cancel my order which was $1,000 and I feel robbed/scammed out of my money and time wasted calling and emailing.Definitely not a happy customer and not very responsible and professional of a company......

    Ordered press in July, eventually received my package on 26/08/2023 but 2 extra molds that I payed for not included. On the invoice it showed back ordered. Sent a email informing company. Mr **** ***** replied on 28/08/23 "Im sorry about that. I can send them out for you now or issue a refund if you would prefer that. " I need them so requested that they send it with courier service like Aramax as the postal service is shockingly bad and to South-Africa this method take forever. Mr ***** did not reply in anyway. I then attempted the chat service on their website and also Facebook messenger to no avail. Not being funny in my currency these items is a huge expense. Anybody have any advice for me please????

    I ordered a drying mold from this company two weeks ago.I received no confirmation of my order. I have been trying to contact them about the shipping of my order. Last week they told me that they were packaging it. the once, I reached them and they responded.They do not respond most of the time. I need a tracking # if they have shipped it. If they have not, I need for them to let me know when they will ship it.Company is non responsive.
