The job was not completed and ***** and his partner only came out 3 times..June 10, 11, and 21st. ***** rented an escavater with a trailer and saw and left it in our driveway. He used it to knock down a small evergreen tree and pull out a tree stump. He also pulled up a little amount of cement next to our garage. The tree stump was never removed from our driveway and cement pieces were also left.
The rental company came to our house and picked up their escavater, saw and trailer. We received a number of text messages with excuses promising to return and finish the work they left undone.
We went to their house on August 10, 2022 and spoke with ***** the son and he gave his Mom the message that we were there. ***** sent me a text that night at 8:48 and apologized for not communicating.
The last text message that we received was on August 19, 2022. There were more promises about refunding our money or completing the work. We have sent messages and have not heard back from them.
