      ***** **** is the worst thing to happen to the pines! She doesn’t treat the tenant fairly and she makes it extremely hard for tenants. I have been having a on going issues since I moved into the pine and ***** has not addressed any of my concerns. She literally only cares about what she thinks which is NEVER right. I’m not sure who hired her but I hope the owners of the property see how much a pain she is and get rid of her. I will be having everyone I know that lives/lived in the pines leave a bad review about her because we are all upset with the change of hiring her.

      To Whom it may concern,

      At the PInes, staff is expected to treat all customers with respect....As an apartment complex that has 584 apartments, we need to establish rules and guidelines that all residents must follow....In this case, ******* ***** (*****) was chronically  late in paying rent from January 2022 through the end of her lease in 2023....For this reason, she was non-renewed for her apartment....We enforced specific rent payment rules in this case
