I have nothing but sweet things to say about Ms. ****** When I walk in the door she has a beautiful smile on her face and greets me with so much happiness! There is never a dull moment when she's there! I highly recommend people to go if you want to experience exceptional customer service!

Rude customer service. I ended up hanging up the phone as ***** (customer service rep) screamed over me as I was trying to ask a question, be responsible, and try to make an extra payment , but I did not . The Titlemax Customer Login Portal is a joke and no employees there seem to understand how to login. the titlemax loan process/cash advance rules are confusing & the customer service employees (manager and *****) become irate whenever I call to ask a question. Wake up ladies: this is part of your job, it is called customer service, and it is to be handled with dignity, respect, and grace/professionalism ! Quite the opposite occurs at Titlemax *** ********** The manager needs to be reminded she is in the service industry, and it is imperative she drop her ice cold, condescending attitude as well. I will not do business with these 2 disrespectful personalities. I will say, :back in August when I applied for a loan, ***** was kind , the epitomy of proper customer service etiquette., This new manager, with her" tough as nails" attitude has obviously been influencing ***** in a downward negative customer service direction. Neither of these individuals should be dealing with the public, especially a business where money is involved. I have spoken to that rude manager twice now, and asked to speak to *****, it obviously struck a nerve with the her, she went off on me for requesting an employee by name. As a business owner, I take that as a compliment whenever a client requests a certain individual. These ladies "miss the boat "on respectful, professional customer service behavior. I will not do business again with this area Titlemax on *** ********** in Charleston. . Home office has been made aware as well Extremely rude manager, she should know better. I am always amazed at how folks who act so horribly wrong become managers (?) in the service industry

They were notified of our bankruptcy in Jan. ***** creditor filing date was today. They tried to pull multiple payments from our bank account today-completely ignoring the bankruptcy protections. The local office reached out to the main office in **** multiple times but were ignored, and even they can't reach anyone to stop collections. Apparently this company feels it can ignore federal bankruptcy laws. All these businesses are linked and predatory. Find another way before borrowing. They thrive on your need and suffering.

Check into cash would not allow me to cash my check without first enrolling in greendot and putting a large portion of my check onto the greendot card. I left the money on the card and the next month they required me to put more money on the card to cash that months check. A couple weeks later I activated my card and when I did I was told that I no longer had any money in my account. I called green dot and they said I have 10 days to respond to their email to complete the claim process and any later they will refuse to consider returning my money. Its my money. I never wanted to put it on a card and when i was forced to I left it there and then Im told its gone without spending a single dollar and they are giving me a time limit on whether they will give me my money! They didnt even send me the email that Im supposed to respond in 10 days to and I gave them two emails just as a precaution and neither got an email from them!!!!

This place will give a loan to anyone, they know exactly what theyre doing. Their interest is the highest Ive seen. I cant pay a loan off of 800 because it goes up by 100 the very next day after making a payment. After my first payment its already up to 900 again after reaching 1000 before my first payment. Do not work with this company you will go into debt paying off any loans with *********** dont bother reaching out to you after complaints and asking for payment history, etc.

I really believe one star is too much credit to give, my car was repossessed after making a payment arrangement. The agreement was for 875, once towed I was told it would be 1100, I call title max the next day, the employee stated they needed 2500 because it was towed. Now here we are **************************************** stating its 1100 & my car will be sold tomorrow. Smh I pray for all yall. Yall aint right at all. Mindddd you, I explained to them I fell on hardship because or hurricane, the unjust dont prosper!
