On 10/18/23 I paid Great Expressions Dental Center - Dublin (OH) $3878.90, out of pocket, for the following procedures: extraction of (4) teeth, (2) surgical implants, bone grafts at the site of the surgical implants, and 2nd Stage Implant Surgery for each implant (2nd Stage Implant Surgery was not completed on this day because the extractions/implant placement needed to heal for several months).

An additional $669.51 was billed to my insurance company.

On approximately 11/01/23, I notified the GE - Dublin office that my leftside implant (#23) had come loose and had fallen out. I returned to the office in mid - November and was told the implant site needed to heal for a few months and the periodontist could "try again".

On February 7, I returned to the GE - Dublin office and was told that I needed a bone graft before re-trying the implant. The bone graft was completed on that day and I was told the site needed to heal and I could return in May to re-try the implant placement.

In March I moved to Florida and contacted the Great Expressions Dental Center in Jacksonville, who advised me that "credit" for the procedures I paid for in Ohio would need to be requested and approved through the Great Expressions corporate headquarters. GE - Jacksonville stated they would submit a "ticket" for my care and "credit" to be transferred.

At the end of March, 2023, I contacted the receptionist, "Josh", at GE - Dublin and advised him that I had moved to Florida and was working with GE - Jacksonville to transfer my care/credit. Josh stated he would talk to "Cindy", the office manager, and ask her to call me.

I have called GE - Dublin numerous times, on different dates, with no answer.

I attempted to contact their office in-person on 05/20/24, at approximately 2 p.m., and found the door locked and lights off.

I emailed officer manager, ***** *******, who advised she would submit "a ticket" to transfer my care. Continual delays and evasiveness from this company.

I have paid the business a total of 111$ for a one-time visit for a comp exam and xrays. I have the receipt and only went to this place ONCE when I shouldn't have been charged at all since they claimed my insurance went through before heading there. All the statements state it is all for the SAME day.
I have evidence and receipts of paying the 111$ and they have sent me ANOTHER bill asking for more money on the same services I already paid for. I want them to delete my info and STOP contacting me. I have paid 111$ to get harassed.

    They are a SCAM.
