  I purchased 4 Stopwatt items that did not, — do not work.. Their positive comments about their own product are paid for by them. Yes, I did receive a refund, not all, but most.. The B/S and time involved was definitely not worth the ‘so called investment’ of these non-working, phony items. I would have left a minus 1 if it were possible.. These people prey on us older folks who are trying to save $$ on our electric bills. Do not waste your time or $$ on this scam that won’t take the test of time. It is sad in our world that most items on the net are fake, ie; StopWatt, etc. is a great example! Read and heed my words and do not fall for this waste of time and $$.
  My electric bills were the highest EVER in my home AFTER plugging in their fake products.. I mean no disrespect to anyone, however, I have learned most life’s lessons and this is one of the last I will fall for. Heaven help us all in this New World Order that is all around us.   StopWatt is a company who lies, mis-leads, & promotes their products through misinformation, aligning themselves with Elon Musk, who’s more interested in helping Russia & China. Fortunately, I decided to read and research their claims before I shut down internet connection to their website. I was able to cancel my order, copy our “chat” conversation & get the cnx referral number. This was prompted because I was offered an additional 15% off the already 50% off promotion. Yet, my final bill total didn’t reflect an additional 15% off, &, it included the 3 year warranty I had declined. Don’t believe a word they claim.

  I bought a set of two StopWatch units after searching the web and finding nothing but positive reviews. Luckily I paid for them via PayPal. A few hours after plugging them in, I began having random outages all over my home.
  Lights and outlets would flicker on and off in different rooms, randomly, sometimes just for a second or two, other times for several minutes (or more) at a time. After a couple of hours of this, we unplugged the units and contacted StopWatt via email to request a full refund. BUT the outages continued, getting worse and worse until we couldn’t do laundry, get hot water, or use our kitchen appliances!
  After five days of frustration, we finally discovered our main breaker in our breaker box had been damaged. We found a used breaker and spent close to $400 getting it replaced. It would have cost MUCH more if my husband wasn’t extremely knowledgable about electricity and if we’d had to hire an electrician to fix the problem.
  After three days of StopWatt offering me more and more of a discount to keep the units, they finally refunded all of my money. I’m packaging the units up now to send them back. But what a costly nightmare experience this has been.
  Our house is old (built in the early 1930s) and we have an old breaker system in it. Please be aware that using these units can damage your old breaker systems, causing major distress and be VERY costly to fix!

  Bad customer service. I ordered four of these and found the same thing cheaper somewhere else. I emailed Stop Watt asking how to return and get a refund. They have not responded to my email. Therefore, they get one star from me.

  I ordered three and have been triple charged! They deny payment of your card and you use another and before you know it your charged numerous times on both cards!! I ordered it tonight has yet to be shipped. Only one charge came through so far. At 7am I will have my debit card discontinued! I will call them to cancel my order as it has yet to ship! I wish I read the negative reviews first. I know the saying "If it sounds too good to be true it usually is" I won't ever forget that lesson!

  After reading the BBB reviews I no longer wish to use your product. It is my understanding that Elon Musk's name is being used falsely. I am demanding a full refund $51.60 . My order number is 32016DD9DA. I bought it without knowing about all of this. Am actually afraid to even use it, as people have said that their bills even went up. I have emailed the company and their only response was that it was mailed. No effort to address my concern. Can you help me?

  After finding out it is a total scam & not endorsed or developed by Elon Musk as advertised, I would like a full refund. The unit isn’t even UL listed.

  Falsly advertised as a tesla invention and used a photo-shopped picture of Elon Musk. I ordered two hoping to lessen stray or dirty electricity. Realisedin minutes that it was a scam. Tried to cancel pay-pal payment and failed. Tried to cancel order from company directly but company said not possible. They said I would have to return units after receiving them and wait weeks for refund or I could let them keep half the money and not have to return them. Why would I want to do that if they are just a fake hoax ?
