      Advance protection products is not friendly and handles each in do their cases at a very slow pace- my credit score is dropping due to them not sending out payment to Santander bank - advance continue to state after 60 days of everything being uploaded that they are short staffed. This is not fair for a customer

      Hello. APPI makes every effort to review GAP benefit requests in a timely manner. Per the GAP Addendum, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep any balance current per the terms of the Finance Agreement. In this case, a benefit request has been authorized, and we will advise your Finance Company to waive the appropriate amount. Thank you.
