      My first appointment with this business was on 1/15/25 for my psych evaluation to evaluate me to see if i have ADHD.

      My appointment was scheduled for 9am and the provided did not arrive until 9:40am. Before leaving my appointment at 10:40am, i asked the front desk if there was anything i needed to do they said no and i left.

      I then missed an appointment due to having my days confused.

      I then had a virtual appointment a few weeks later.

      The first time i received a statement was the week of 3/2. This statement showed my no show fee of $30 and 2 separate charged for my initial appointment on 1/15.

      I called the practice on 3/10 and spoke to a women at the front desk that then transferred me over to the business manager. However, before i spoke with ******* a gentleman answered and tried to assist but was unsure of how to answer. Finally, the business manager (Heather) answered and immediately was rude and stated "Ms. ******, your information was sent to ***** and what they didnt cover you owe us! You are not able to come back until the balance is paid in full." I told her "Im not disputing what i owe im asking for you to explain" She was constantly rude and told me if was for an appointment going over the allotted time. No where did it say that an appointment could take longer and i would be billed for anything over a certain amount of time.



      I called today, 3/18 because there was not payment option online. Im not able to pay the full balance but she said that it can only be paid over the phone. I also asked for an emailed or faxed statement which she denied me. Instead she said she can certify mail it, i asked to just mail it normally which she agreed.
