      I haven't had to many problems until the last 3 weeks. I placed an order with a few items via email and I had not response. I checked in multiple times to get no information on my order. Finally, I get a response to show me an old order that was a wrong order that I need to return but have not been given info on that either. Now after several week, I am still nowhere closer to getting my order delivered and I have several clients eagerly waiting for these items. Very poor customer service. No response from my **** who may be gone but emails are still going to her. It is very disappointing and frustrating. I know my business would not still be open if this is how I treated my customers.

      I never received my order so after 2 months I cancelled it. The representative I talked to said there was a nationwide backorder for one of the items I ordered. If that is true, then that is not the company's fault but that was never communicated to me before I called them. Also, if that were true then for goodness sake, send me the rest of my order. Thank God no one has choked or had a heart attack in the meantime.

      In July 2024, I ordered a LifeVac kit from AEDSuperstore and found the process reasonably straightforward. The product was available at a decent price and was shipped promptly, which was appreciated. Navigating the website was fairly simple, and I could complete my purchase without any significant issues. While I didn’t have much need to interact with customer service, on the one occasion I did, they were helpful. Overall, my experience was positive, making me comfortable recommending AEDSuperstore for their efficiency and reliability.

      Complete waste of time and money…ordered AED and contacted them 7 months later for eta….never shipped and that never had in stock.

      I ordered an AED in September of 2023. There was no mention of the item being on back order until after I ordered it. I waited 2 months...during which no one contacted me at all...and the AED was still on back order. When I called multiple times during the 2 months...customer service was difficult to work with and handled by a 3rd party company. I ended up canceling my order...CAUTION...do not order from AED Superstore!

      This company is incredibly difficult to work with. I placed an order in February, 2023. I called to ask if I could return one item. I sent it back and have been working since then to try to get my refund. They finally refunded me the amount of the item I kept (which was $108) not the item I actually returned ($192). The customer service reps don't reply to emails. I can't get through to anyone on the phone (I'm on hold for 15 minutes, then get told to leave my number for a return call which never comes). It is incredibly frustrating to still be working on this on August 30, 2023.
