      ******** customer service. I cancelled our order on 6/10/2025, a charge showed up the next day on our company credit card. I called and spoke to customer service and was told it was just a prior authorization and would drop off in a few days. I waited and watched for it to drop off, it did not drop off our card was charged and the charge completed on 6/17/25 for $96.58. I called back to get this taken care of and I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on and put on indefinite hold, finally sent to a voicemail and was told she would call me back that day. I left my voicemail message and never received a call back and they still have not returned the money. I was also told when I called in about the charges that my card was not really charged, I was looking directly at our online charges for our card and it is completed. So yes the card was charged.

      While customer service is slow to respond, they seem to be helpful (in the midst of sorting out refund requests and the requests have not been received yet). I will edit my rating after all refunds are in the bank.
      The delivery process is S-L-O-W. Neither physical nor ebook access codes arrive as promised.
      I had a class to teach on a Monday. I ordered participant materials one week prior to class and paid for expedited service to assure delivery of the books. No tracking information was provided by Heartsmart, so I reached out to ***** (the expedited service carrier I paid extra for) to find out the order was scheduled for delivery on Monday night (after the class). I asked ***** if the order could be returned to sender, was told the seller (Heartsmart) had to initiate this, and contacted Heartsmart again to request the return-to-seller from *****. If you are confused, imagine I was as well.
      When it was clear the physical books/materials would not arrive in time, I ordered the ebooks with the promise that the books would be available immediately, or if ordered after 5:30 pm, they would be available the next morning (or on Monday if ordered after 5:30 pm on Friday). The electronic books did not arrive and at 7:30 pm, so I reached out via chat message, to cancel the order.
      In the end, I ordered directly from ******** ***** and the electronic books were made available to me for immediately. I am out a large sum of money until the issue resolves.
      As of this am, they have agreed to offer refunds for both orders, but the refunded amount is less than what was paid for the order. I am still awaiting the response for that request.
      Long story short, order WELL in advance when using this company.

      Purchased 2 Philips AED packages June 2023 paying for both via PayPal. Forward Nov 2023 and only received 1 AED package after going back and forth with Heartsmart ************* into **** and they have still not made good on completing these orders. Pretty fraudulent to take money from customers and do not make good on delivery of goods. You can also see by their customers reviews that their patient service is left to be desired. ****** learned. Never ever buy from this company they will scam you.

      After returning an item 7 weeks ago that was sent and billed to my credit card in error, I have yet to receive a credit for the charge. This is despite six phone calls to the company and hours on the phone with them, first to establish that the item was indeed returned, followed by various assurances that that credit would come. It has not.
