      Attempts to get a response from *********************************** at ******************** regarding unavailability of long-standing anti-malarial medication supply for local retail pharmacy prescription were met with unhelpful response that information was not available to customer/patient, manufacturer's identity was not available and suggestion to canvass other retail pharmacy chains was of minimal value.

      I used to work for Cardinal and they are a bunch of bullies and ******** needs to do an investigation into them, they are not in compliance. All they care about is money and not the patients they are supplying. They are also not giving out refunds to patients. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM

      If you have a choice, use another company. Cardinal's customer service is terrible. We received a feeding pump that was broken right out of the box. We contacted them immediately about rectifying the situation. After being bounced around to a couple different departments, and an argument when the rep insisted we aren't in their system (we are a company who orders from them frequently), we spoke with someone. Instead of replacing, they insisted on doing a repair - which they are in no hurry to get done. They received the broken equipment weeks ago and can not give us any update on where it stands in the repair process or any estimate of when it will be completed. This is a feeding pump. This is not a luxury item. This is a necessity for the patient to eat. If I could leave a negative star review I would.
