    Was told to bring my car in for end of lease . I was going to re-lease an infinity and in the end decided to change brands. After leaving my car on the lot- I received end of lease and was charged hundreds for damage that was non-existent when I turned the car into the dealership. The dealership had inspected the car when I was going to re-lease another Infinity and knew the major damage was not there. The sales rep walked the car with me when I turned the car in and there was no damage. When I contacted the dealership with assistance with Infinity finance they were not interested in providing any help. No one could provide a report or photos confirming the damage. Infinity finance stated they didn't have a report nor photos for the charge. But if I did't pay they would turn my account into collections. This dealership doesn't support their clients. I would never trust leaving a car on their lot. I would never trust them on turning in a car at lease end. I would never trust them to provide any customer service except when you are buying a car and they are accepting your money. Other than that...forget it. My worse experience with any dealership .
