  I have $14,212.50 in credits that I purchased that were used without my consent by ********************** office staff. I spent over 7 months trying to reach *********************************** to get this resolved, and no one at his office, including *r. ********************** will help.I sent a message in ******** *r. * told me to contact *****. I did, no reply.I called multiple times. I messaged *r. **********************, he said he would have ***** call me back. I messaged *r. ********************** again. He told me he would have someone else call. I never once received a call nor ******** July, I went to the office in person looking for my financial statement. I waited for 15 min. I left and asked the desk to have ***** send me the docs via email and mail. 2 days later, I received an email that contained a custom made spreadsheet (no docs from software) for appts that didn't happen. It *I* include payments that were made without my consent (against their policy), for services not *********** August, I scheduled an appt for a consultation for a service with *r. **********************. A few minutes before the appt, I received a phone call from an unknown number. I answered, it was ****** from *r. *'s office. She stated that *r. * was really busy and was unable to meet with me. I asked her when we could reschedule. She gave various reasons for not being able to reschedule. I asked her if *r. ********************** knew this appointment was being cancelled, she said yes, she stated that "they didn't feel it was best for me to come in".I emailed *r. **********************, making sure he knew this call and cancellation took place. I restated specifics of funds I have spent and restating facts. I asked for my medical records and financial records. I never received a reply to my email, nor the records I requested.I had $14,212.50 in credit with *********************************** and received a facial and a ******** the event someone from this office replies and says the situation has been taken care of-know that if it is taken care of, I will have this statement removed.

  I would give a half star if I could. I had a family emergency come up, and messaged the practice manager explaining my situation. The finance manager would never respond to me, and kept making up excuses. I was then told I cannot get a refund, or apply my money towards other products, or services. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. They just want your money, and could care less about patients once they get that money.

  The Practice Manager
  was not in the office on 12/4 or 12/5 because she had to stay home with a sick
  grandchild. She called this client on 12/6 when she returned to the office and
  resolved this issue with the client.
