      Hello
      Happy New Year !
My name is ******* ****** . In 2021 after searching for over a year . We hired Golden Reserve to set up a trust for us . A company ***** ********* did the trust . On 11/17/2021 Golden Reserve opened up 3 annuities with ******** ****
We thought they had all been put into the trust as was our instructions . And our whole intent of them . Fast forward to the fall of 2022 . We get told by **** ******** . Who we dealt with at Golden Reserve . That the annuities never got put into the trust . We were quite upset about this . Since my wife has Parkinson’s . And the 5 year window could become an issue now . I told **** that this was completely unacceptable . And he better find away to make this right . He told me he was in contact with ******** **** to see if it could be made some how retroactive to the trust . . . We searched for over a year interviewing advisers . Before choosing Golden reserve . And are very disappointed with the results . They had one thing to do . And still screwed it up . Now the annuities were put in the trust in November 2022 . But that's a years to late
I would really appreciate any advice you can give us on how to fix this mess. Or what we might be able to do . And our rights under the law . I hire Golden Reserve because as a full time care giver . I thought this would be one thing I didn’t have to worry about . Boy was I wrong.

I know you usually want complaints to be within one year . But We've been waiting to hear if **** was able to get the problem resolved . Since we didn't find out till October of 2022. Accept for finally putting it in the trust in November of 2022 . But that was a year to late . He has been silent on the issue since .
They made money off a job they failed at . They should be held accountable .

Mr. ****** and his wife *** became Golden Reserve Clients on October 2021.  They were then referred to our Preferred Provider, ************* due to their legal needs with regards to an Asset Protection Trust.  Mr. ****** wanted additional assets moved into his trust, but that did not occur in a timely manner.

Golden Reserve and ************* have continued to meet with Mr. ****** do discuss and address his concerns.  We continue to do business with Mr. ****** and in our last meeting, he agreed that we have answered his questions, addressed his concerns, and he agreed to remove the Better Business Bureau Complaint.

We look forward to continuing to support Mr. ****** and his wife in the future.

      Thank you
