    Id like to begin by stating, I work for a healthcare facility in an outpatient setting so Im very clear on patient rights as well as Providers. My original interaction with this practice and Dr.Perkins was satisfactory. Nothing phenomenal, nothing disappointing; I had an x-ray guided injection in the hopes of eliminating nerve pain in my neck and arm. Again, that appointment and procedure was handled satisfactory. 2 months later the pain and symptoms returned-worse than ever. At this point, the office team and even the Providers showed no concern for my pain. They didnt work with me to arrange a quick appointment. Once seen, I was told to go to the emergency room for an **** I asked if they would order one and they refused. Said it would take them too long. I shared that its my experience the ** wont just do an MRI automatically. They assured me they would. I went to the ** and they would not do the **** I called ********************************** left a voicemail-did not get a return call. Fast forward, I returned to the ** and eventually was admitted and had to undergo cervical spinal surgery. After discharge, took employment/time off paperwork to ********************************* on a Friday at 12:38PM. Front desk associate commented that door should have been locked. I asked why as the door, their voicemail and hours listed on-line all show they are open until 1:00 PM on Fridays, to which she rolled her eyes at me. 3 days later I call to get status update on my forms only to be told: 1. They wont complete paperwork without me coming into the office for an appointment. 2. Stated they wouldnt cover any dates prior to me being seen although I spoke to the office daily to see if any cancellations had occurred so I may be seen earlier. Office Administrator called me back and became combative. Actually raised her voice and yelled at me knowing Im post-surgery. Accusing me of being non-compliant. When this practice realized I needed surgery they no longer cared as they arent Surgeons.
