    On 4/10/25 I purchased 12 items online at Pebby Forevee online website for $474. As of today 4/27/25 when I look at the tracking information it states that the a label has been created and date pending. When I click on the tracking page it reads the following message: *** doesnt have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package. I have attempted to reach out to the company and have received one response via email on 4/26/25 that they could refund or replace my item. I replied that to the email that I have 12 items that have not been shipped and that I have been patiently waiting for my order to no avail. I have yet to hear a response to resolve my issue.

    I purchased a large order from her shop exceeding the mount of $350.00+. Part of my order was a tank top. The top I ordered was the Freedom Thrills side slit boyfriend tank top. Was I was shipped is an item that appears to have been cut off, its not even fall of a shirt. I have emailed several times and my emails have gone unanswered. Ive tried to follow her exchange policy, no response. She has no customer service phone number. I have sent in pictures of the item I received, the receipt showing what item I actually purchased, and a photo from her website. She has blocked anyone from being able to leave a review on ****** or on her website.

    I purchased a belt and it is the wrong size, tried to return it but the company doesnt offer returns which is not listed anywhere on the site. I tried to exchange it and the automated response said it was a final sale but that wasnt nor isnt listed on the item details and description I have sent multiple emails, IG messages and voicemails with zero response.

    I ordered two shirts to the total of $122 dollars plus tax shipping and a charged shipping insurance charge. The shirts were heavily advertised on social media ********* and instagram) for months, touted as being made of high quality materials, claiming to have a designer cut making them more flattering than the average t shirts hence the high price for t shirts. What I received looked nothing like the ads, the material is extremely cheap and ratty, the stitching is horribly done with strings loose everywhere, upon attempting to return the items they do not offer refunds, only exchanges. This feels like they are scamming people with false advertisement, knowing youll hate the item you receive but theres no way to get your money back. I would have never ever ever spent over $60 a shirt for the worst quality items possible, and would have never ordered to begin with if they made it clear that they do not offer refunds.

    We had tried to reach out to this customer serval times after receiving her original email with the same response every time to our email. Stating Error: The recipient's mailbox is currently full. Try again later, I have attached a snap shot of the email we sent back to the customer. Where we are more then happy to help her return her order. Please let me know what action is needed from us to resolve this issue ASAP.

    False advertisement of products. The items were ripped or cut with scissors on the side. I offered to return the items for a refund. The merchant refused and stated that the shirts were torn in transit.

    Placed an order on July 18th, was given notifications about delivery status through email. I reach out to customer service to advice that I did not receive the delivery. I asked around to all in my building and no package was left out.

    I was told to reach out to the USPS, that they were not going to send another item or refund me for the purchase as I did not purchase a third party delivery protection insurance. It seems almost like a scam to force protection on a package sent through the USPS at an economy level include tracking and package insurance at no extra cost.

    On April 17th I paid 55.17 for a product. At first email said it shipped. Then they emailed and said it was out of stock and my money would be refunded. It's now been over 10 days and I have yet to receive that refund. I paid with my debit card. Order #****** 1 square up Brami in neon coral.

    I am responding in follow up to Complaint ID: ********. 

    The refund in question was submitted per customer request by our team on 4/17/23, as shown in the customer's attachments submitted to the BBB. 

    Our team has been in communication with the customer regarding this concern, provided screenshots of the successful refund submission, and encouraged the customer to directly contact their bank with the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). 

    Unfortunately, once we have processed a return on our end, it is in the hands of the bank (or equitable) which is connected to their order payment method. The timeline for a refund to clear back into their account can vary based on the individual bank's processing times. As of today, 4/28 (9 business days following the refund submission) we are optimistic that this should clear soon, and apologize for any delay on the customer's behalf.
