    I ordered a headstone a few months ago and the man who delivered it, left the headstone hanging off the road where cars pull in and out. He threatened to return it because I expressed concern where he left it. Well sure enough, the headstone ended up being hit by a car. I sent pictures to ************************* and he offered a refund and also stated that the damage done was not significant. I have never purchased a headstone prior to this so I didnt know that the damage done was going to be a problem and I trusted ****. After the cement was poured, it was time to set the headstone. I reached out to two local monument companies and they refused to set the headstone because of its condition and they stated it would worsen once water got into it. I brought the concern to ****, we were in the middle of resolving the issue and now I cant get a response nor a phone call back. In fact, when I call, it goes to voicemail as if they blocked my number. I would take your business elsewhere because the lack of customer service and disrespect.

    We were notified by customer on 4/22/24 that the stone was damaged when delivered. We gave the customer the option of having the damaged piece replaced or since the damage was minor & would not be seen once the stone was set we could offer a partial refund since the stone didn't arrive perfect. Customer negotiated for a larger refund amount, which we agreed to. Customer emailed that they wanted the *************** a document stating that by accepting the refund they were keeping the stone as is. The refund was then processed back to customer. We were contacted at the end of May by customer asking if we would replace the damaged piece if they returned the partial refund we had issued. We agreed to replace the damaged piece if they repaid what was refunded. As of today, we have not received payment of the refunded amount.

    They did the same to me .. Im in that back and fourth process .. I gave them $3,000 and Im still waiting on that phone call.. I believe I got scammed .. Im going to try and dispute this with my bank and hopefully Ill get my refund..I have no idea why they lets people like this get away with this. Try to dispute with bank or credit card company and them copies of the emails and receipts..

    Outstanding communication and quality product. Additionally, was much less expensive than others. Absolutely recommend you do business with them.
