      I placed an order for replacement parts for a dunk tank. The shipping price seemed very high when I placed the order but put the order through. However when I received my package
      The hardware was literally rattling around in the bottom and the one washer fell out when I moved the box. The bar itself was punctured through the box as pictured. instructions in a ziploc bag but couldn't put the hardware in a bag or the same bag! The business claims the hardware was in the bag and must have come loose! This is lie because the ziploc bag w no metrications was sealed

      There was no protection except one tiny piece of bubble wrap.
