K&k took nearly three weeks to come out and replace my water main, leaving me without water the whole time. Argued that calling my water company took a while, I said okay. The day of they rescheduled for weather, frustrated but I said okay. They come out today, put new water line in, test water, kitchen sink won’t turn off, Eric asks me if kitchen sink worked before I said yes. Leave him to mess with it and he just takes off before the job is finished without notifying me my kitchen sink still isn’t running. Come to find out I need a new faucet bc there was a blockage in the supply lines from the the copper line to the line running to faucet somewhere. Brown water coming out of these lines, this can only be one thing. Sediment and dirt. Faucet filter wasn’t clogged at all, was clean for being in place for nearly three years. Only place dirt could’ve come from was from the new line he claimed to have flushed out before install. My water pressure from all faucets is significantly less than what was coming from the old line even while it was leaking. I’m assuming because dirt/sediment clogging up the valves. Only way to fix is replacing. Again he left the job without even texting me about the kitchen sink issue. Very unprofessional to me. Then after buying and installing new faucet and getting water running, I have leaks under my sink from plastic plumbing where they were working with the new water line, this wasn’t a problem before either. They might not have known they caused this issue however they still caused it and I had to fix it. You’d think a routine plumber would be a bit more careful around plumbing fixtures. He also tracked mud all over my kitchen and front entry way even after I opened the back door for them and asked them to use the rear, and they didn’t lay tarps or pads down. While still coming in and out of my front door, even when the meter is closer to the rear. Left a ****** review and he texted me,claims I’m lying and threatening to sue as well!

K&K charged $700 for an hour to replace hot water heater under warranty. No hot water for 5 days over Thanksgiving. He didn’t come out until Monday so not a holiday charge. Just his Flat rate. He had installed the original tank so I had to go through K&K for the warranty. I will never use his service again.

I'm sorry Mrs. ***** doesn't understand what was involved in helping her replace her water heater under warranty. I went out on Nov. 27 to check water heater and to try to relite it for her. It wouldn't relite so I told her it needed to be replaced. I gave her the price took the info i needed and told her the soonest i could get someone out there was on Monday Dec. 2 she was ok with that. we then picked up her water heater from the supply house on Saturday so we could have it for Monday morning. She texts me over the weekend to ask me how much it was again so i told her, i also told her we already picked up the water heater. she then asked for a breakdown and i told her we as most companies flat rate our pricing. she said OK. we have a total of a little more than 4 hrs. plus materials plus disposing of her old water heater.

Had k&k replace a water heater that was under warranty. 1 hour 2 plumbers for $350. They never vented the exhaust outside. Left to vent inside the basement. Not quite 2 years waterheater failed. Called ***** * ****. They alerted me to the problem about the exhaust vented in the basement. K&k never told me about the problem. Carbon monoxide running through my house has caused some health issues. Don't use K&K. They're half-***** and unprofessional.

If there was an issue why didn't you call us back?
Also I would like to see pictures of the venting.
