    My husband and I are very disappointed with the service we got at this establishment, they still have our vehicle because we cant afford to pick it up because they kept raising the price on our repairs for something they messed up and now they are charging us storagefeesknowing good and well we dont have themoney

    I understand your frustration but please try to understand mine. The vehicle has been completed and sitting on my small lot for 32 days. in total it's been here for two months. In regards to the price increase. You were made aware that the initial estimate could go up due to the nature of the repair and the fact that the vehicle is 20 years old. We made you aware of the increase as soon as we knew and was given authorization. We have yet to add any storage fees, which is our policy, because of your situation.
    My question is "How much longer are we expected to store the vehicle before it is picked up?" "What is reasonable and fair?"
