    We called Ciro's to come out and snake our main sewer line that starts backing up annually due to tree roots. That same day a young man came out and successfully snaked the line, and was gone in about an hour. He did a good job and did not try to oversell their camera or jetting options. The cost was reasonable, and I will most likely call them the next time we have issues. Other places I called could not come out for a few days.

    If I could put a 0 I would. This company IS A SCAM. To start, they came out and LOOKED at my drains then said they couldn't do anything for me until I took my toilet apart...that fine...the guy couldn't wait 10 minutes for me to take my toilet off and just left. Charged me 137 dollars for 10 minutes of wasted time. Fine, then he came 3 days later snaked my drain and ran water for 5 minutes then said okay must be fine then left. ANOTHER 250 dollars. Fine. NOT EVEN 10 MINUTES AFTER HE LEFT I went to run a load of laundry and immediately water started pouring up. I called them while my house is once again uncontrollably flooding, basically got told I was shit out of luck he couldn't come back till Monday they'd call me at 830 and get the original guy out ASAP ON MONDAY. Today I'm waiting around for them to call me since I have no toilet and can not run any water for now 3 days...nothing. I had to call at 9am to get any update which is when they told me they weren't going to call me at all because they cant do anything for me anymore. If I wanted them to try I'd have to once again pay for them to come snake my drain ( even though I was told on Friday I would not have to repay since they did not fix my issue) AND I'd have to pay for them to put a camera down my drain, I asked for the camera reading to start with mind you and was told I would not need it. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
