    I sent this photo of their defective window and requested the warranty replacement. They didn't respond back to me until my fourth call. After finally getting the window ordered, they charged me $225 and only replaced 1/2 of the window. When I talked to the rude manager, he blamed me for the miscommunication and ordered the other 1/2, then charged me $130 for the other 1/2. That's not a warranty that's robbery

    Exterior home refinishing (painting) agreeded in Spring 2021. Exterior surface prepped July 2021, home was painted in October 2021.

    Immediately, paint stated bubbling and peeling off requiring touch ups. Throughout winter 2021 into 2022, paint was bubbling and peeling off.

    Contacted company immediately, and was told it world be looked into. Was told it’s a **************** paint problem, however after talking paint company, was told it was poor service preparation that caused the paint failure. I also had three independent contractors come out who all university stated that it was poor surface prep that caused the paint failure (bubbling, peeling, craxking). It took thermal construction until October 2022 to come out. Contract was signed stating that thermal will prep and paint the failing exterior, Paint was failing and ******* ******** was contacted by thermal. Job was delayed.

    Spring 2023, I was told that Thermal would be out weather permitting. May 2023 I was told I’m on for 2-4 weeks for paint refinishing. Now, end of July, there’s no contact.

    My home exterior sits with unfinished areas when painting was abruptly stopped and other areas of failing paint.

    I would like thermal to come out and finish the job, or reimburse me the cost to have another company come out and fix their mistake.
