      I filed taxes through One Minute Taxes for several years. I just found out in August that they never filed my 2019/2020 **** taxes for the city of Eaton. After the notice I filed immediately. Just last week I got a $300 fine for not filing them on time. I reached out to ****** ********** via tx and email and haven’t gotten a response. It should be noted that I didn’t owe any taxes. The taxes were prepared by his brother, ****** ********** who worked in conjunction with his brother, ****** who works under the name RAD Solutions. I am out $300 and as the tax preparer I feel they are more than responsible in making sure that my taxes were prepared and filed accordingly as they were paid $150 each time. I also have an
      email from ****** in August when I asked him for copies of my 2019 return as I couldn't find them quickly. I have enclosed two attachments. One for the late fee and the other showing where ****** owns *** ****** *****.

      I have communicated to this taxpayer already we do not do **** tax and it is done online.

      The taxpayer has zero grounds for making a complaint. 15 years and we have been complaint free. A+ rating, there is a reason for that – TRUST ME.

      There is no resolution coming from us. We do not do **** tax for free.

      We DID exactly what she paid us for.

      I am rejecting this response because: first and foremost the ONLY communication I have had with him is when I asked for copies of my 2019 return as I couldn’t find them. It was then and only then I was notified that they hadn’t been filed for those years. Once received, I filed them. 

      Secondly, I wouldn’t expect my **** taxes to be done for free or any taxes for that matter,  but I PAID for my taxes to be filed. I wouldn’t think they would pick and choose what taxes would be filed. They were PAID to file my taxes, all of them… on-line.
