      Beware of Rick Black, and doing business using Elite Deck and Shed Builders, Shed Professional, & Turn Key Shed, referred from Facebook Marketplace. Before considering hiring, do your due diligence by checking the Montgomery County website and the complaint under the BBB. He does not like to accept checks, and wants cash only, he will not bring enough material to work the job without asking for more money. His contract consists of the client writing it up on a piece of paper and does not honor what is agreed upon from the written contract. $1500 was paid in two installments, and the only thing completed was the tear down of the old fence, dug three holes that were too big, and didn't haul all the debris. Came back on the 2nd day bringing posts, but no cement, and proceeded to ask for more money. When asked where the cement was, he replied that he still needed to go get it but needed more money. He was fired from the job at the point, in fear that if more money was given and further investigation of his businesses, he would not return. Beware of being scammed. If we could leave less than one start, we would.
