Scam Artist. I dropped my truck off on December 22nd with promises of getting to the work that needed to be done soon and having my truck back to me. I dropped off all the parts needed to do the work per his instructions on what to get. It sat in the same place for weeks... then finally a few days before I was going to have it picked up and moved to a different shop, his body work person tore my truck apart and had it sitting outside in the weather. I thought they were finally going to start getting it done, but soon realized it wasn't going to be touched again. January 7th I stopped at the shop and took video of my truck with no hood, doors, inner or outer fenders sitting outside in the rain being soaked. It was then that he told me the body person found out I needed a whole new Core Support... he didn't think to call or text me... He knew this for over a week. It took another 9 or 10 days to get the core support in. The day I drop it off, he's on video telling me they would have it in and completed that weekend and they would dry the interior. This began a long list of lies and excuses on why it wasn't done; why it can't be done right now; why they were behind, and my truck still sits in the parking lot uncovered; why it's not the rain/snow that's ruined the interior... they said it was "trashed" to begin with, the weather has nothing to do with it. A long story short...December 22, 2023, to April 19, 2024...my ordeal with this place ended with having to call AAA to send a tow truck for my truck and all the parts I dropped off. Having to call the Sheriff because they had vehicles blocking my truck in... they tow truck driver couldn't access it. I was able to get all of the expensive parts and most of the lesser ones. I was out a $600 deposit and $200 in materials he either lost or used on someone else's vehicle, and my truck ended up in worse shape than before. It will cost over $1000 to replace the interior that was ruined by the weather.
