    Dispute: One fence post that was installed was warped and the front gate seperated from the post.
    I have reached out to Nick Jones numerous times to replace the warped post and repair the gate.
    His reply is always, he's too busy and he will get to it. At first he expected me to pay $150 to repair the warped post which was obviously warped to begin with. He said he would fix the problems and never set a date, etc.

    We spoke and I told him we do not warranty the wood.  The wood warped a couple months after installation.  I told him I would repair the post for $75 if he used my company for the initial install but if he did not then it would be $150.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



    Company installed fence in December 2023. By May 2024 I reached out to company to repair the post and front gate. The fence was up for 5 months. The post could not warp that fast unless it was already compromised.  Company never addressed gate issue. I started texting him to schedule the repair work on the following dates: May 30 June 20 July 22 September 17 and October 10.  Nick Jones always stated that he was too busy to address the issues. The post was never replaced, and the gate has never been reset. He now states that he wants me to pay for his companies install problems. This company shows no professionalism in the way they conduct business and do not back their work and product.  In one year, we paid over $12,000 to this company for fencing. You would think because of the amount of business they would reward a good customer with great customer service and correct the issues. I had a referral for them and suggested it would be in their best interest to use another fence company.
