    Platinum Restoration was INCREDIBLE. I was so happy I got to work with these very professional people who work for them. They always kept me informed with the answers to my questions. I pray I will never need repair work done again, due to a storm. But if I do, Platinum restoration will be my 1st call.

    Platinum Restoration was absolutely amazing to work with! They hung in there with me for 3 years until I settled my suit with Universal Windows Direct. I had one room that needed to be restored - not a major project except to me. Travis updated my estimate a few times as the cost of materials and labor went up. Then we were finally able to start working on the room. I worked with Travis to schedule the clean up (remediation) and once that was scheduled Kevin got his team in and Mike was polite and explained everything they were doing. They did it quickly and cleaned up nicely. Two very nice, polite young men.
    They then got started putting the room back together quickly. Larry, my job manager, gave me suggestions on where to pick the paneling/planks for the walls. He is also very knowledgeable with decorating as well and gave me some great suggestions on how to finish off the room.
    Ruben was the first to come in and insulate the room. He work extremely hard and did a great job. He was very polite, friendly, and outgoing. Henry and Nick put up the planks, mudded the drywall and shortened a very awkward, stubborn mantel. These guys again were super friendly, very polite, very efficient, and did an excellent job. Nick finished up the job by finishing up the drywall and painting it.
    I was very comfortable coming and going from my house when I had appointment and spending a good part of a couple days upstairs in my room because I was sick.
    My room looks AWESOME! I am so excited to have family and friends over to a room that is now completed and looks so great. It has only taken 3 years and Platinum Restoration has been there the whole way. I can't thank them enough.

    When my refrigerator water line sprung a link and damaged my lower level ceiling, walls and flooring, my insurance company recommended 3 firms to repair the damage. I chose Platinum Restoration to do the repairs. From the start, I felt comfortable discussing with Travis that my repairs would be well done, professionally and on schedule. I was not disappointed. The crew that arrived (Bill, Christian, Nick, Chris) were friendly and got to work quickly. They moved heavy furniture, then did an excellent job disassembling the damaged areas, matching the pattern and painting the ceiling, installing new flooring, replacing drywall, repainting the walls, and restoring the furniture to its proper place and cleaning up. All this was completed in 7 work days - much sooner than I expected. I give them my highest recommendation and would choose them again for any repair work or construction.

    Thank you Platinum for the super quick response. The day after this past Christmas, 2022, we had two frozen water pipes burst. A hot water pipe in the kitchen and a cold water pipe in the back bathroom. Our plumber dropped what he was doing to make the repairs and our insurance agent sent four super heroes (not wearing capes, btw) from Platinum to the rescue.Larry, Lydell, Henry, and Josh sprung into action with fans and dehumidifiers and, after re-arranging a bunch of stuff in the attic, put the equipment in position to dry up the affected areas to prevent mold from forming. The guys were as respectful as could be, and explained in detail exactly what they were doing and why. My wife and I are perfectly comfortable having these guys come into our home and get the job done. We couldn't have asked for or expected any better service.

    Incredible! We called Platinum Restoration to help us handle a disaster......first floor toilet pipe broken and flooding the basement. Time was of the essence since we had to turn off the water in the whole house. Platinum Restoration was very quick to respond. Service rep was competent, cordial and very informative. All around professional experience. We were able to get the water back on, professional cleaning, drying and repair to the damages and removal of debris all in one day. I'd use them again for sure. They brought calm to our disaster. Thank you Platinum Restoration!!
