    We do not recommend this company and advise buyers to be very careful. We purchased their product for our gutters in 2016 and then added another section in 2017. We went with them because of the lifetime warranty. Little did we know at the time that the warranty would be used as a blackmail tactic 7 years later. This fall we decided we needed a new roof. The roofing companies asked us about removing the gutter toppers and any of the heating wire to do the roof and then they would need to be re-connected when the roof was complete. We of course called Gutter Cover Co. The company representative got back to us with a price of $6,800. We about fell off our chairs. We asked how long they anticipated this job to take? Since there would be no materials involved and just labor, we wanted to know how much time they were estimating. He told us no one had ever asked that. He then got back to us and said it would probably take 4-5 hours to take them down and another 4-5 hours to put them back after the new roof. We said do you realize that is around $680 per hour?? Again, he tells us that no one else has ever complained....never complained about being ripped off I guess. We asked several of the roofing companies if they were familiar with these gutter covers and several said yes. We asked them all to give us a quote to take them down and then put them back up. They ranged in price from $1,500 to $2,000. Huge difference from $6,800! Of course the catch was, if we let anyone else touch them it would void the warranty. So like I said BUYER BEWARE with this company as they will rip you off at some point.
