    Date of Transaction: May 2, 2023 Amount paid: $545.34 Aok replaced the driver side wheel bearing, front brake pads, and the flex pipe (with flange and 2 hangers). Approximately 48 hours later upon reversing the vehicle needed a lot more gas to continue because the wheel seemed to get stuck and could not continue to rotate. My husband and father in law needed 1/2 inch breaker bar with a 3 foot pole to get the lug nuts off to get the driver side wheel off. The shop had not put the bottom caliper bolt of the bracket that attaches to the knuckle back in (it appears to be lost). The bracket has also gouged a groove in the metal of the rim. My husband called the shop while in the driveway of his parents house and told them what had happened. Their only response was we’ll take of the bill and hung up. He called again the next day to try to get the owner (a monday). The owner never seems to be at the business but they said they would let him know. We have yet to hear from the shop or owner about a billing adjustment or anything. Their attitude towards this obvious SAFETY ISSUE leaves much to be desired.
