    I had a wonderful experience with this company. I called and spoke with Johnna. She was the most caring and compassionate person I have ever dealt with at any company. She was truly amazing and set up a service call for me.
    The technician, Tyler, arrived on time and went right to work. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The plumbing in my house is a nightmare. Things have been mislabeled. He figured everything out and had everything fixed and running. He pointed out other areas that were concerning, and is coming out next week to fix them so I don't have another flood to deal with.
    I found the charges to be reasonable, and lower than two other companies in the area. I won't hesitate in contacting Right Brothers in the future.

    Do not call this company!!! The Right Brothers over charge on everything! My experience with this company was the worst ever!! It took them a month and a half to do a bath to walk in shower and it still is not finished, I told them to pack up and leave!! We had to do a lot of work ourselves to try and get our shower to look halfway decent!! I could write a book as to why you should not trust this company!! All they want is your money!!! They will also hang up on you if they don't want to talk to you and blame it on phone connection!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! DO NOT CALL THE RIGHT BROTHERS PLUMBING!!! They are all wrong!!

    Called the Right Brothers because our water heater stopped working. The Tech came out and told us the Burner Assembly was busted and it would be $400 to replace it - OR $3000 to replace the whole water heater... They would have charged us $270 just to come out to relight the pilot light... This is where I called other companies to get a better idea on pricing. I was quoted $1400 and $1500 for next day install of a brand-new water heater.... One Company came out to inspect it and fixed the HIGH LIMIT SWITCH (completely unrelated to the burner assembly) and charged me $85.
    When I addressed my concerns to the supervisor, Luke, at The Right Brothers, he told me that they are "always going above and beyond for customers however we can".
    DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS. They will rip you off and gaslight you into spending double, if not triple, market values and claim they are compensating for their emergency services. Save yourself the hassle and your wallet the heartache.

    Do yourself a favor and find another plumbing company. They are ridiculously expensive, unprofessional, incompetent, and you will not be happy with them.
