    Dishonest business practices that could easily be interpreted as fraud and theft. Falsely added an accident on to my policy that never occurred, and charged me the inflated rate for well over a year. They later canceled my policy, to which I was unaware, partly due to inaccurate reportings from themselves on my driving record, and refused to correct it when I disputed it with ***** Nexis.

    Extremely poor customer service. Staff is lazy and if it does not benefit them personally they are not caring. Canceled our policies due to rate increase agent refused to provide date for seamless cancel and instead withdrew funds without authorization from our bank account
