    I contracted with this company to replace a skylight in my 35 year old house. Communication with the company is certainly not the best around. The estimator seemed to do a good job but then when it was time to start the job, it took awhile to get them motivated enough to get moving. They showed up on site to start and then started telling me things about my roof that I had problems believing. They said it had 3 layers of shingles. I am the original owner. It only has two layers. They said that the entire roof needed to be replaced in order to prevent the skylight from leaking. Not a single company that has come to give me an estimate as said those words.
    The company might do good work, I don't know. I do know that they need to work on communication with the customer. And they either need to find a new estimator or their estimator needs to tell the laborers not to counter what he says.
    The 3-stars might be high or it might be low, I don't know. Just take my review for what it says and other info you learn to make your own decision. Whatever you do don't ever expect any help from BBB.
